Gary McCloud is the managing director of IQ3 Consulting. He leads a team of fellow consultants that span a broad business spectrum with a strong focus on business development and support. This enables companies to successfully execute their core ideas and future strategies.

Gary’s specialisations cover many areas of business from corporate consultancy to specialised SME business solutions. On top of consultations, Gary has authored corporate books for Mobil Exxon and the Wellcom Group.

Beginning life as an educationalist in a previous life, Gary moved on to work at all forms of managerial levels including GM, MD, director and partnership levels.

IQ3 Consulting also offers strategic mentoring and coaching geared at all management hierarchies, with special interest in presentation pitches and business development.

IQ3 Consulting is expert in training managers for in-situ corporate level hub placement and teaching ‘how to think outside of the square’ as a means of providing superior client outcomes. The adage of being able ‘to read the room’ has been a key strength in mentoring managers and account managers, and one that remains critical to understanding client expectations and retention.

Gary has had extensive strategic experience in marketing, sales, health services, security services, digital media, change management and account management.

More recently IQ3 Consulting has been consulting to Omnirealm/Hubub and Monash University in the Metaverse space as it impacts education and business in terms of delivery and communications. The metaverse and augmented reality have been very much ignored locally and there exists many education, social platforming and marketing opportunities.
